CheckProof needs to have some basic elements created in the platform to guide you through your checks.
- Sites
- Units/Rounds
- Checklists
Sites
A site is a specific place that may contain several units and rounds.
Within sites, you can also add sections to pinpoint exactly where in the site you will be performing a check.
Units & Rounds
Units are the specific objects that the checks are being performed on.
All the checklists that are created in the control panel must be connected to a unit before you can start the check.
Rounds are used to define different types of routines within HSEQ, such as safety rounds, fire rounds, quality inspections, etc.
Checklists
Checklists need to be created from the admin panel and connected to the respective units or rounds. When this is done you can see and perform the checks in the app.
If you have admin rights you can create sites, sections, units, and rounds from your mobile app.
